"I’m 37 and have a wife and two 8 year old boys. Life is busy and it is always difficult to balance priorities. I have always enjoyed playing rugby, going to the gym and cycling but haven’t always been happy with the body or conditioning. Furthermore, I was diagnosed with Chrones disease 6 months ago and lost lots of weight and mass as a result. The Chrones is now in remission and whilst I’ve been able to put some/most of the weight back on but my physique, strength, muscle definition and conditioning is not where I’d like it to be, hence why I signed up to Aaron Lesue’s 30-Day Shred.
I found the information easy to follow, with varied exercise and the diet templates to my liking and easy to adapt. As we have been in ‘lock-down’ here in the UK so I used a combination of the ‘At-Home Athlete’ and Shred (30-day) training programs, as well as some cycling.
I’ve lost 12.4lbs / 5.6kgs and have seen good improvements in my muscle definition, especially around my abs. I’ve also seen improved strength, control of movement and general fitness. I’m really happy and would now like to maintain / continue my progress to improve even further.
