It doesn’t take long to get “soft” and “out of shape” when I eat whatever I want whenever I’m hungry and don’t pay attention to my goals. Time to dial in and get disciplined! Here we go...

"I’m 37 and have a wife and two 8 year old boys. Life is busy and it is always difficult to balance priorities. I have always enjoyed playing rugby, going to the gym and cycling but haven’t always been happy with the body or conditioning. Furthermore, I was diagnosed with Chrones disease 6 months ago and lost lots of weight and mass as a result. Coming into this my self-worth was really low so I jumped into this program and pushed myself for 30 days. Training was hard. I'm not going to lie. Some days my legs would be burning so much I dreaded walking up short flights of stairs. But once I was done with the sets I'd get a buzz and felt proud of myself. I'm really happy with the overall result. This has definitely been one of the most fun hard things I’ve ever had to do! Going in, I had one noodle leg (post surgery), no drive, & a ton of extra fluff around the middle.  Aaron Lesué — Former College & Professional Athlete and Atheltic Training Specialist.

I started out a small 160 pound high school senior with zero college scholarship offers..

I walked-on in college at the bottom of the depth chart with no money.

Still, I became a Division 1 football starter, I ran a 4.38 40-yd, broke the all-time football single season touchdown record (64) in the AFL in 2012, USA Bobsled Athlete (2011-2013), and USA 7's Rugby Development Athlete (2013)... all because I learned how to train the right way.

I eventually suffered a career ending knee inury during the football season in 2014.
My philosophy is simple: " We are an exact result of what we consistently eat and do. The principles of nutrition and fitness are simple, eternal, unchanging, proven and self-evident. If you want to look and perform a certain way then you have to follow the priciples that will get you that result."

Eat and Train Like An Athlete.
I've been fortunate to compete in multiple sports at a high level. Raised around a body builder (my grandfather), and playing football in the NCAA and AFL, being a U.S. bobsled athlete for a time and briefly discovering my love for rugby before a career ending knee injury...
