  I started out an undersized, walk-on athlete with no scholarship and no money. What I did have was belief in myself and a vision for who I wanted to become.

  I became a Division-1 football starter, led the AFL in scoring, broke the all-time football single season touchdown record, broke 3 World Records and participated as a U.S. Bobsled & 7's Rugby athlete.

  I know what it takes and I fully reject society’s acceptance of playing the victim and being average.

  As fathers, we care about showing up our best for our families. We’re meant to be leaders and that starts with being strong, fit, confident and capable!

  A career-ending knee injury led me on the journey from being in optimal health to being out of shape and feeling incapable for the first time in my life.
